Exchange and return policy

We want you to love everything you buy. If something does not suit you, you can exchange or return it easily.

Time allowed

Request an exchange or a return within 14 days of receiving your order, from the order page in your account.

Conditions

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, with its tags and packaging.
• Exchanges are for another size or colour of the same product at the same price, as available. If it is not available, we offer you a refund.

Return delivery fee

The customer pays the return delivery fee, deducted from the refund, unless the store is at fault (a damaged item or not what you ordered), in which case you pay nothing.

Refunds

Refunds go back the way you paid, once the item is received and checked: to your card or e-wallet, or in cash through our courier if you paid on delivery.
