Do I need an account to buy?

Yes, buying needs an account with your email and phone number. You can browse without one.

Which payment methods can I use?

Bank card and e-wallet in Egypt and the Gulf, and cash on delivery within Egypt only.

Do prices include tax?

Yes, all prices include VAT.

How long do I have to exchange or return?

When is delivery free?

For orders of EGP 1,500 or more.
